Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

 

FREEWARE

 

You may use MBRCLD without charge. There is no feature currently requiring a charge.

 

USER ACCOUNT and CONTENT

 

MBRCLD was set with the intent of “Creating leaders for tomorrow”. It allows users to register to the mobile app, along with submitting personal information about their profile. When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

 

Once user fills Program related information, he will be eligible to proceed forward and become an applicant, only if he was shortlisted.

 

Failure to provide accurate data constitutes a breach of the terms which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

 

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. 

 

You represent and warrant that: (i) the content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your content on or through the service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

 

It should be noted also that you have the option to delete your account whenever you wish to.

 

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

 

The Company is not responsible for the content of the service's users. You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by you or any third person using your account.

 

You may not transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable content include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Sexual Content: Sexual content such as pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying.
• Hate Speech: Violence or incite hatred against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
• Violence: Depict or facilitate gratuitous violence or other dangerous activities.
• Sensitive Events: Lack reasonable sensitivity towards or capitalize on a natural disaster, atrocity, conflict, death, or other tragic event.
• Bullying and Harassment: Contain or facilitate threats, harassment, or bullying.
• False information and features: False content information

 

Any violation for those terms will lead to user’s account termination.

 

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

• Your age must be 18+ for installing/viewing the app.
• You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.
• You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE.
• You may not use the SOFTWARE to perform any unauthorized transfer of information or for any illegal purpose.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

 

These are the terms and conditions governing the use of this service and the agreement that operates between you and MBRCLD. These terms and conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. 

 

Upon termination,your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using the service. 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the company and its licensors.

 

The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries.

 

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the company.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

 

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using our service.
